Interviews and selection
Once you've reviewed the shortlist, you can choose candidates to interview. DOIT recruitment consultants coordinate the meetings and provide support throughout the process. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, review developer’s problem-solving skills, and assess their overall fit. After the interviews, you’ll select the most suitable candidate(s) for your project.
