DOIT Staff Augmentation Solutions for Profitect
To address Profitect’s challenges, DOIT developed a tailored IT staff augmentation solution that provided the right expertise at every project stage. Here’s how it went down:
Step 1: Talent Requirements Analysis
DOIT Software began by analyzing the Profitect’s needs to understand the technical and operational gaps. Initially, the client required a UI/UX designer and native mobile developers for their iOS and Android apps. They needed professionals with experience in creating custom offline modes and charts, as well as working with real-time data. Requirements also included localization and specific database handling.
The DOIT team held initial consultations with Profitect’s product manager and CTO to gather insights into their workflow and team structure. This way, IT recruiters identified the technical expertise required to match both design changes and new developments.
Step 2: Shortlisting Candidates
Once DOIT established the requirements, the Talent Manager moved to source candidates from our pre-vetted pool. We aimed to find developers with deep expertise in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android). DOIT checked an average of 57 candidates per role based on their technical skills and project experience.
The process involved personal interviews, background checks, and technical tests. DOIT also assessed their cultural fit, including communication skills, level of English proficiency, and ability to integrate with Profitect’s internal team.
Step 3: Interview and Selection
Together with Profitect’s CTO and Project Manager, DOIT conducted a set of interviews with the shortlisted candidates. Within 12 days, Talent Manager completed the final interviews, and Profitect selected 7 core specialists:
